Especially if its a tuned JWT NA ecu, its going to have alot of timing, especialy for a boosted 10:1 motor. From tuning SR20 ecus, I'm willing to bet this is where a majority of your new found "seat of the pants" power came from.
I know for a fact that a *tuned* SR20DET program's timing maps do not even come close to the *stock* timing maps from a SR20DE ecu. I can only imagine this is true for the VG30/300zx programs as well. Bug ash or JWT and i'm sure they'll tell you the same.
I would definatly look into getting your turbo ECU tuned for the proper AF, or getting your NA ecu's timing maps tuned down for running boost.
